WELLSPRING & Co. Coffee
Far too often, adults with special needs are left on the sidelines and aren’t given the opportunity to be full, active participants in the life of their community.
Wellspring & Co. is changing that. We believe that our communities are better when every adult, regardless of ability, contributes and participates fully. Where others see limitations, we see limitless possibilities. Where others’ focus is too small, we are shifting the perspective to create a more inclusive and adaptive world.
We think differently.
We call our participants STARS, because they are the stars of this story. They possess a nearly inexhaustible quantity of a commodity that is in very short supply—JOY. Our STARS hand-craft joy in everything they make.

WORLD ORPHANS MARKET
Family, empowerment, opportunity, and dignity. These are core values that drive our efforts at the World Orphans Market.
A majority of children living in orphanages have at least one living parent. Poverty is a major contributor. Parents find themselves believing they have no choice but to take their child to an orphanage in hopes of offering them a better life.
To address that problem, World Orphans programs in Guatemala, Ethiopia, South Africa, and Haiti offer training for parents to become artisans. Providing skills and cultivating creativity empowers them to provide for their children.
Economic opportunities allow artisans to contribute in ways that recognize their value and respect their intrinsic dignity, building stronger families and improving quality of life.
By purchasing a one-of-a-kind handmade item from the World Orphans Market, you are helping preserve families, keep children out of orphanages, and empowering families to thrive.
Fresh Coffee
Our coffee is freshly roasted and shipped from Antigua, Guatemala. Every cup of coffee you enjoy at the Castle Rock Collective helps to make a difference by empowering people both locally and globally. And we promise it will be the most joy-filled cup of coffee you’ll ever have!
Artisan Crafts
As you sip your coffee, stroll through the World Orphans Market to shop for handmade items from the artisans being empowered through our programs in Ethiopia and Guatemala. We also have whole and ground coffee that you may take home with you in beautiful bags made by the women in our Guatemala sewing program.
Baked goods
Wellspring & Co. is more than just coffee. We’re creating as many opportunities as possible for our STARS to engage in meaningful work. All of the baked goods for sale at the Collective are provided by the Wellspring & Co. Bakery, a full-service commercial bakery that allows our STARS to create unique and freshly made baked goods. And we promise, we bake joy into every cookie and pastry we make. It’s our secret ingredient!
